Rocky in the sense of I'm still having balance issues. I didn't read my last post but looking at the date I had not had the MRI yet.
So, over a month in with 2 Doctors, a Chiropractor, and my Optometrist, an MRI, exams, blood work and almost having my ear ripped off during the "adjustment", and luckily, nothing really bad was discovered as a cause- so far. No evidence of a stroke, blood clot, or tumor, so that's so far all good.
The bad? No one can tell me with any kind of even guess how long before my balance will be totally back to normal, or even if it ever will be!
The Doctor consensus is that as magically as it appeared, it should stop. But no idea when. I talked to people and read about people that had to deal with this condition for any length of time from a few days to years! That had me very depressed two weeks ago, was this my new "normal"? That said, Stacy feels, and I agree, that maybe it's time for a specialist? Because it has been over a month and the problem has leveled off to this point. Not getting better or worse. Oh, and it could happen again at any time!
More later :(
